Basically, it's a free sound machine with options.
I use the airplane noise to keep me asleep at night because for some ungodly reason a red fox (or so we've deduced) likes to scream like a small child into the wee hours of the morning. Not to mention the street races, motorcycles and oh yeah, the airplanes that fly over every 30 minutes or so.
Unbelievable.
Apparently people use white noise at work too - - I might give it a shot. For now, it's working splendidly as a drug-free sleep aid.
Here's to sleeping 7 hours straight.
