oh how He loves us

praying for erik's friend, mark who lost his son last night. how terrible it feels to be in this world sometimes. the hurt seems to much. praying erik can navigate his day with mark and not say anything it all if God so leads.

gave the girls roses today because they are beautiful and deserve it. wish i could give them more.

jaime said he'd be my valentine. that made my day.

jan gave me a princess jasmine valentine. love it!

bryn has her leg up on the cubicle because she's super flexible, can stand while typing and is just awesome in general.

katie is wearing pretty red earrings today.

i usually don't talk about the girls by name, but i'm so glad i work with awesome women.

missing becky and the fong today. working from home i presume.

diane is back, glad she's no longer sick.

last night before going to bed i pulled my gratitude journal off the desk and started jotted down my thanks. many lines later, i smiled, thinking how it really is becoming a habit. one i hope i never lose.

today i'm thankful for...
-jaiju helping us with answers for india assignment
-cinnamon hearts sprinkled on my desk this morning
-costco organic juice boxes stored in my desk drawer
-to-do lists
-thai food for lunch with friends in the sunny 67 degree quad
-jaime. my valentine.
-roses for beauties.
-people to love, love on and be loved by.
-hundreds of balloons floating on the ceiling at durian durian. i just stared and stared in delight!
-water for my little vines that haven't died on me yet

I know it’s Friday and Ann’s “Multitude Monday” was ages ago – but there are so many lists to get through. I’m really glad I made down to yours.

And my fave?? ~ -people to love, love on and be loved by. (because love is the thing isn’t it. We love him because he first loved us, we can love others only because of him and the gift of love he placed in our hearts – our human hearts that are like his. Love is a miracle.)

Thank you for your list.

God Bless and Keep You and yours
