--sitting here laughing at myself because i just read my post and it sounds ridiculous. not ungrateful for my housing situation or anything like that. just lamenting because of the need i feel to own a gentle giant. my friends think i'm crazy, but i'm pretty sure one of these days it will happen. just have to wait. kind of like marriage... or not. lol--

the only difference is you can at some point buy a puppy, you can't buy a husband..that would just be weird. people would ask "so how did you two meet" and you'd say "oh, i bought him". how silly would that sound. love you.
